Sue is real pro. She developed a great marketing plan and executed it flawlessly (house under contract in 3 days!), in spite of numerous obstacles (e.g., septic replacement, attic mold mitigation, COVID-19 challenges). Sue is a great communicator in both quality and timeliness. She's a rare blend of being highly strategic while at the same time willing and able to dive into the details. We chose Sue as our agent because we felt she knew the area well. We had no idea! Ours was not the most straightforward transaction with a new septic going in, repairs to be made and a full radon system on top of a relatively quick close. Besides Sue brokering the above (paid for by seller) she told us what was coming down the pike when and what we needed to do. She knew ALL the players involved, from the town representatives to the septic installer to the locksmith who changed our locks and was able to hold our hand through the entire process. As first time homebuyers my wife and I pestered Sue more than most I’m sure. She always picked up our calls, texted or emailed back right away and never made us feel like we were asking too many questions or too often.
